I’m trying to learn. I’m taking it slow. I’ve already become pretty kickass at cooking tofu. I saute it in this NZ apricot sauce and microwave frozen mixed vegetables, and then I boil some whole wheat elbow pasta, and I mix it all together with some mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. It’s fabulous.
But sometimes I have that twice a day, and while I’m not really sick of it, I thought I’d try to make something else. Here’s a video.
On second thought… it’s not all that bad. I ate it.
*****I have recently been advised that, no, I am not in fact sauteing my vegetables if it is done in water. Sauteing involves oil. Sorry.
